Training Philosophy
We would like each of our team members to feel that they have a career and not just a job at Covenant Tool and Die. Each person in our business has a role profile that gives them a full view of what is required of them in that role. Where a team member doesn't fully meet the role requirements, we provide training, in house and externally, to close these gaps. We have created a learning environment that we are really proud of. We believe that skilled staff are happy and productive.
Apprenticeships
Covenant Tool and Die is an accredited training facility for Plastic Mould Makers, Tool, Jig and Die Makers and Toolmakers.
